If you wish to opt out, please follow the steps below. The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Plus, we'll give you 30 days free return shipping (a voluntary extra) if the product is brand new: just tried on, clean and odourless, undamaged, and returned with all accessories.
The 30-day free return is an extra voluntary option, it does not limit your right of withdrawal under the 14-day law.

Withdrawal and return aske
- Please notify your intention to withdraw by e-mail to info@rugbag.hu to.
- E-mail subject (recommended): Order number - Cancellation
- Write in: your name, order number, product(s) returned, and (if you paid cash on delivery) bank account number/IBAN.
- Any clear statement of withdrawal will be accepted - the above form will help.
- Pack the product securely.
- Put a piece of paper in the package: name + order number + e-mail address (and bank account number for cash on delivery).
- Also write the order number on the outside of the package (e.g. „BRG12345”).
- We cannot accept returns sent by post.
- Send the parcel to the return address above
- Packeta (recommended): email us to send it back by Parcel and we will send you short instructions on how to send it.
- With your own courier/postal service: optional, the parcel must be addressed to the above address.
- Cost
- Free return within 30 days (ask for a new product): on request, we will provide a Packeta return free of charge (instructions will be sent by e-mail).
- If the product is used/not as new or the 30 days have expired: the direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
- If you still want our Packeta solution: 1 800 HUF will be deducted from the amount of the refund to cover the cost of returning the goods.
5. Refund
- After receipt and verification of the package, we will refund the price of the product(s) within 14 days at the latest, and the basic delivery charge you paid in case of a complete cancellation.
- We may withhold a refund under the law until the returned product arrives or you can credibly prove that you have abandoned it.
- The method of reimbursement: by default, the same as the original payment method; cash on delivery to the bank account provided.
6. Product condition and depreciation
- You can test and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If you use it more than necessary, it may depreciate in value.
- If the condition of the product is deteriorating (dirty, smelly, damaged, incomplete), we can claim depreciation, and this can be deducted from the refund.
